Lessor: “Road Assistance” LLC, trading as Routes Car Rental
Renter: An individual or company temporarily using the Lessor’s vehicle under the Lease Contract, who is at least 20 years old and has a minimum of 1 year of driving experience. A valid driving license, passport, and credit card must be presented. International driving licenses are required only if the national licenses are not written in Latin letters.

Renter’s Obligations
Pay the rental fee within the stipulated period and all other sums payable under these terms.
Return the car and sign the return act within 1 hours in case of termination.
Notify the Lessor of any defects, failures, or technical issues immediately.
Not operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or psychotropic substances.
Notify the police and the Lessor in case of any accident or loss of the vehicle/components.
Cooperate in preparing legal protocols and provide necessary documents.

Lessor’s Obligations
Replace the vehicle if it is not fit for use or has serious defects.
Provide all necessary documents for legal operation of the vehicle.
Rental Fees and Deposit
Deposit: 100,000 AMD (pre-authorized on credit card).
Deposit amount depends from car class and insurance. In case of CDW it is 100.000 AMD for all car groupes.
Return of deposit: 14–21 days after vehicle return, subject to no damage or violations.
In case of accident or violation, the deposit may be fully or partially withheld.

Insurance
Standard Insurance: includes third-party liability and CDW.
Full Insurance: Covers all visual damages if no DUI.
Insurance is valid in Armenia and Georgia.

Additional Terms
Off-road driving is strictly prohibited (fine = deposit amount).
Disputes will be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
Signing the rental agreement means acceptance of all terms and conditions.
Accepted payment methods: ARCA, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, cash.
Deposit of 100,000 AMD must be pre-authorized from a bank card. Cash deposits are not accepted.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the pick-up time.

Fines & Penalties:
1. 600 AMD per missing liter of fuel.
2. 15,000 AMD for late return (2–3 hours).
3. 1-day charge for over 3 hours delay.
4. Full deposit penalty for lost parts, lost keys, or damage.
5. Accident fee of 50.000 AMD may apply in case of car crush accident.
