By renting a vehicle from Routes Car Rental - Armenia (Road Assistance LLC), you agree to the following terms designed to ensure safety, transparency, and a smooth rental experience.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To rent a car, the Renter must:

Be at least 20 years old
Have a minimum of 1 year driving experience
Present:
Valid driving license
Passport
Credit card
🔹 An International Driving Permit (IDP) is required only if your license is not written in Latin characters.

2. Rental & Payment Conditions
Rental fees must be paid in full at the start of the rental
Accepted payment methods:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express
ARCA
Cash (rental payment only)

3. Security Deposit
Deposit starting from 100,000 AMD
Pre-authorized on a credit card only
Deposit varies depending on:
Vehicle category
Insurance option

✔ With CDW insurance, deposit is fixed at 100,000 AMD

Deposit Return
Refunded within 14–21 working days
Subject to:
No damage
No fines
No contract violations

4. Insurance Coverage
Standard Insurance
Third-party liability
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Full Insurance
Covers most damages (including visual)
Valid only if:
No DUI
No violation of rental terms

5. Renter Responsibilities
The Renter must:
Use the vehicle responsibly and legally
Not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Immediately report:
Accidents
Technical issues
Theft or damage
Notify police and the company in case of an accident
Return the vehicle on time and in proper condition

6. Vehicle Use Restrictions
❌ Off-road driving is strictly prohibited
→ Penalty: up to full deposit amount
Vehicle must not be used:
For illegal activities
For racing or dangerous driving

7. Vehicle Return Policy
Vehicle must be returned on time
Return procedure must be completed within 1 hour
Late Return Fees:
2–3 hours delay → 15,000 AMD
More than 3 hours → 1 full rental day charged

8. Fuel Policy
Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level
Missing fuel is charged at 600 AMD per liter

9. Damages & Penalties
The Renter is responsible for:
Lost keys
Missing parts
Vehicle damage

⚠️ In such cases:
Deposit may be fully or partially retained
Additional Fees:
Accident administrative fee: up to 50,000 AMD

10. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up

11. Legal
All disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia
Signing the rental agreement means full acceptance of these terms
